Holiday house!
The summer cottage became completely built during 2005. The house has 110 mē and consists of kitchen, living room, bedroom and bedloft as well as restroom with shower. Big terrace that is located towards the sea. The house is appropriate for a family of two adults and two children.
Equipment: TV-set, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and microwave oven.
There is possibility to rent a boat for 1550 SEK/week and also access to sauna.
From the house, one has a simply delightful view over Hulviken (the bay in Hulvik) and the distance to the water is approximately 40 meters.
