Summer cottage, placed very close to the sea, for those, who are hardly pleased at Hulviken (the bay in Hulvik) in Saint Anna's archipelago.

Hulvik's summer cottage can be rented for 7350 SEK/week, we can also rent for shorter periods for 1250 SEK/day and night after agreement. There is also possibility of renting of an additional room with 2 beds for 350 SEK/day.

The booking fee is 3000 SEK and shall be paid at latest 2 weeks after placing the booking of the summer cottage. The summer cottage is for rent weekly or after agreement. Access to the cottage take place after agreement.

When you leave of the cottage, the house shall be cleaned and clear for inspection. Not conscientious cleaned house is charged with 3000 SEK.
The tenants put themselves under an obligation to hold the property and its installations in all respects in safe manners so that second future tenants can have access to the country cottage after agreement.

All bookings and booking cancellations take place directly between Hulvik and the tenant. Agreements and possible cancellation insurance are signed and solved directly between the tenant and Per & Inger. When the tenant sends a booking request to Per & Inger the current week is reserved. If the inquiry does not lead to any booking, Per & Inger put the country cottage back as free again.

What you shall take with you for your stay here at Hulviken is the following: bedclothes, towels and a good mood.
